Cyclone Surface Grinders

Where we do not consider surface grinders our main order of business, we offer a complete line of traditionally configured grinding machines with a wide array of options as a convenience for our client base. From small 6" x 12" manual surface grinders to the 24" x 60" brute seen in the picture above, we can supply just about any size and configuration needed.

We keep a small inventory of the most popular sizes of Cyclone grinders in stock but find that most of our sales for these machines comes as an add on to our main CNC lines. Economies are achieved this way, primarily in the logistics of shipping, offloading and set up. Your time has value, sometimes a "one stop shopping" option can be the best use of that time and with the aforementioned economies built into the price our pricing on grinding machines is hard to beat.

Optional Automatic Downfeed

The AD5 computerized automatic downfeed controller has become an industry standard worldwide. When ordering a surface grinder; having the capability to automatically feed the Z axis (downfeed) may be an important consideration.

Tested and proven in the field over the last few years, the addition of this option begins to make sense when considering grinding machines with larger work envelopes.
