Proline CNC Vertical Bed Mills

Proline is the series of CNC Bed Mills we build ourselves. Available as both single tool units and with a 16 position automatic toolchanger, this robust CNC milling machine is equipped with the Fagor "Teach in" CNC control for milling. Priced very competitively, with added features and upgrades not offered by the competition in this class of machine, the Proline series of CNC Bed Mills has proven itself over and over again in the most demanding of machining environments.

Proline came to be because we simply felt that with our years of machine building experience we could do a better job than our competitors. This type of machine provides outstanding performance in general machining applications and is the mainstay of a number of jobbing shops in the area.

Cyclone Cinch Mill - CNC Toolroom Bed Mills - Series1

A great unit for general purpose machining, the Cyclone Cinch Mill can be ordered with a number of different options including risers to elevate the Z axis. Ideal for heavier workpiece machining or applications where the workpiece exceeds the dimensions of a VMC enclosure and overhang space is needed. This is another series of machines that has a long and proven track record.

Machines such as the Cylcone Cinch Mill should be considered for environments where the additional cost of a Vertical Machining Center is not justified.

The range of machine sizes for the Cyclone Cinch Mill is so extensive that we must separate this family of CNC Bed Mills into two series.

Equipped with the Fagor "Teach in" CNC control for milling with its 9 axis ready control capability, this family of CNC Bed Mills is ideal for outfitting as special purpose machinery. The addtion of 4th axis vertical or horizontal rotary tables etc. is facilitated very easily.
